How long will it take to receive my order?
Skintailor products are freshly hand made for each individual order, please allow up to 7 days to receive your order.
Do you ship overseas?
We deliver to anywhere in the world, by Royal Airmail (up to 10 days) or DHL Express (up to 5 days).
Where do the Skintailor ingredients come from?
We source the finest ingredients from all around the world and only work with certified ingredients.
What is the shelf life of the Skintailor products?
Most of our products are safe to use for 8 months from the day it was made ( remember, we make our products for each individual order). Some products may have longer shelf life, please see the label for more accurate information.
Why does my tailor made moisturiser look different compared to my last order?
Please keep in mind that all of our products are hand made and we only work with finest natural and organic ingredients which means that sometimes our products may appear different from batch to batch, this is mother nature.
Why did my balm started to have small grain texture after sometime of use?
We use different butters and bees wax in our balm and when they are mixed together they can sometimes produce small grains which melt on contact. They are completely normal and quite frequent in natural balms, the product is safe to use until the use by date.
We will aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 working days and ship using Royal Mail 1st class (UK) or Royal Mail Airmail (outside UK).
Please note: Once we receive your order we only then start making your skincare products, but in most cases you should be expected to receive your products within 7 working days, unless there is a delay at the Royal Mail which is not upon our responsibility. Should you require urgent delivery for a certain date, please contact us to arrange that.
Your order can also be delivered to an alternative address to your billing address. Most deliveries will require a signature, therefore please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel.
We ship to the address provided by our customer when placing the order. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays once a package has been dispatched.This may be due to an incorrect shipping address provided at the time of check out or any other postal issues which is beyond our control.
Important: Please confirm that your address is correct before purchasing your goods. Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs of returned and resent packages that are due to the incorrect address initially provided.
If your order has been lost and has been declared as “unrecoverable” by the Post Office we will refund you. However, you will be held liable for a lost package if you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address.
Returns and Refunds:
We are confident that you will be satisfied with the Skintailor products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may exchange or have a refund on all of our goods, providing they are sealed and unopened. Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to explain your reason for return within 3 days from the day you have received your order. You will be required to return the goods to us within 7 days and are required to cover the postage fees.
